After completion of the chosen course, we arrange an on the job training (OJT) to the student in those companies where NF is having association, minimum for the period of three years. During this period, students get their stipend amount which is not less than APPLIED Minimum Wages Act, or equivalent amount, as per the rule and regulations of the company / Industry.

However the student will not have any other benefits unlike the employees of that company / Industry are eligible for. Further, as per the quality work, performance, behavior and such other factors and the need of that company / Industry, students gets the opportunities for their permanency of job in that company. OR else he / she can start his / her own business.

NISHANYA FOUNDATION can provide the opportunity in the various types of companies to work from lowest non technical students to Highly SKILLED candidates.

NISHANYA FOUNDATION can offer the placements to their students as per the requirement / liking of the industries / location advantages across PAN INDIA / naturally as per the requirement of the company / Industry. NISHANYA foundation will never give any rosy picture or eye catchy advertisement / publicity to attract the candidates.

Unless until the students have the INCLINATION to give the best performance on the job / work / assignment OR accountability will not be accepted by the concern management, any Industry / Company management may not be in position to offer you the employment.
