About us
Our story was started way back in the year 2007. A group of elite, ambitious and philanthropic persons of the society came together and formed a small Trust. They planted a tiny sapling with the aim to make a difference. And, over the past 10 years, the sapling grew to a big tree to serve a larger cause of the society.
Their humble beginning was with the objective to promote technical education among the youth so as to enhance their self confidence. To start with, Nishanya Foundation focused on spreading it’s network by connecting with an assortment of Training Institutions, however with the change in the global industry scenario, over the period of time, we also kept us abreast to address the need of the industry. To achieve our goal, we decided to adopt the scheme offered by the Government of India. That was our progressive thought.
NISHANYA FOUNDATION is a training Institution working in urban and rural areas, focusing on youth of the Indian society, for providing them the opportunity through the required TECHNICAL / SKILLS / TRAINING applicable in Indian industries. We help to redress and uplift the youth in the society by developing the individual’s capacities and abilities for a better livelihood.
We are an ISO 9001-2015 certified company managed by a group of self motivated entrepreneurs with the vision of converting factual manpower as a valuable resource for the Indian industry and give boost to “Make In India” movement of the Government of India. The Foundation’s associate members have a successful track in executing required Quality manpower in various industrial sectors, not only Maharashtra but across Pan India. Workforces trained by us, have achieved various accolades during SAFETY / OIL conservation week, yearly completions of 5S, Kizen, MD awards, “Gunwant Kamgar”, “best karmchari Award” and many more.
This is the result of the positive impact of Nishanya foundation’s work- culture and training of soft skills, including 5C, at the time of induction. All in all, NISHANYA FOUNDATION is working as catalyst between the individual and the industry.

Our four Directors are from very different walk of life and treats. No one is having any Business / Industrial background. Due to self motivation and positive attitude they become self employed in their own domain.

Mr. Shreekant Sambare is working as CEO of Nishanya Foundation. Well qualified and having Industry experience of Top Management, in various companies including the areas of Training and Development.
Hands on experience of HR / IR / PR / Administrative capabilities with various skills. In short he is having all round experience of Industries / companies. He is very good communicator and also good organizer of sports and social activities.
He has organized, his own Drawing exhibition in Pune City and other places, acted on Radio (AIR) on Doordarshan and on stage. Proven track record, Best NSS-LEADER of SYMBIOSIS LAW COLLEGE during college days. Versatile and go getter personality.
