About us

Our story was started way back in the year 2007. A group of elite, ambitious and philanthropic persons of the society came together and formed a small Trust. They planted a tiny sapling with the aim to make a difference. And, over the past 10 years, the sapling grew to a big tree to serve a larger cause of the society.

Their humble beginning was with the objective to promote technical education among the youth so as to enhance their self confidence. To start with, Nishanya Foundation focused on spreading it’s network by connecting with an assortment of Training Institutions, however with the change in the global industry scenario, over the period of time, we also kept us abreast to address the need of the industry. To achieve our goal, we decided to adopt the scheme offered by the Government of India. That was our progressive thought.

NISHANYA FOUNDATION is a training Institution working in urban and rural areas, focusing on youth of the Indian society, for providing them the opportunity through the required TECHNICAL / SKILLS / TRAINING applicable in Indian industries. We help to redress and uplift the youth in the society by developing the individual’s capacities and abilities for a better livelihood.

We are an ISO 9001-2015 certified company managed by a group of self motivated entrepreneurs with the vision of converting factual manpower as a valuable resource for the Indian industry and give boost to “Make In India” movement of the Government of India. The Foundation’s associate members have a successful track in executing required Quality manpower in various industrial sectors, not only Maharashtra but across Pan India. Workforces trained by us, have achieved various accolades during SAFETY / OIL conservation week, yearly completions of 5S, Kizen, MD awards, “Gunwant Kamgar”, “best karmchari Award” and many more.

This is the result of the positive impact of Nishanya foundation’s work- culture and training of soft skills, including 5C, at the time of induction. All in all, NISHANYA FOUNDATION is working as catalyst between the individual and the industry.

Our Managing committee members, Management advisory Committee, Technical Advisory Committee members are specialized and competent authority in their respective fields.

Our four Directors are from very different walk of life and treats. No one is having any Business / Industrial background. Due to self motivation and positive attitude they become self employed in their own domain.

Mr. Yogesh Ramchandra Kalbhor
Chairman of Nishanya Foundation

B.Arch. By profession he is an Architect working across the country having hands on experience of dealing variety of man management. He is actively involved in social activities. Managing his own office Architectural and Interior Design and Development in Pune city, and giving services across the country. His knowledge of space management is appreciated by Logistic companies. His leadership has led the formation of NISHANYA FOUNDATION, with the noble intention. One of the efficient, punctual and disciplined personnel in the Board of Director.

Mr. Prashant Mohan Karkal
Vice Chaierman of Nishanya Foundation

He is a B. Tech from Pune University. He has actually worked in the industry and having hands on experience. He has transformed his knowledge and experience into the bridging the pool of qualified workforce and management of industries. His Quality of technical knowledge and communications skills are asset of the company. In addition to this he had been to Belgium to acquire the knowledge of the industrial work culture, and various techniques. He is running his own business of providing Trained and skilled work force to the number of Industries. His company is CII member. He is socially attached to various organizations working for Noble Cause. In fact he is very active in Technical training to students.

Mrs. Sadhna R. Kalbhor

A Graduate from Pune University and an avid Sports Personality of her era. She is actively participating in Educational, Social and Cultural activities. She is running her own small industry very successfully, for about last ten years. Otherwise she is active leady. Fast thinker and quick action, very professional approach. She is Director in two companies and managing the business by actual involvement in day to day operations.

Mrs. Smitha P. Karkal
Treasurer of Nishnya Foundation

She is a Graduate from Mangalore University, Karnataka. She is an artist and social by nature. She used to run industrial educational Academy, for more than six years. She is actively participating industrial association’s activities. She is one of the active member of MCCIA, Pune. She is smart enough to balance her domestic / family responsibilities and social / educational activities; she always put forth her own example to motivate others.

Mr. Shreekant Sambare

CEO of Nishanya Foundation

Mr. Shreekant Sambare is working as CEO of Nishanya Foundation. Well qualified and having Industry experience of Top Management, in various companies including the areas of Training and Development.

Hands on experience of HR / IR / PR / Administrative capabilities with various skills. In short he is having all round experience of Industries / companies. He is very good communicator and also good organizer of sports and social activities.

He has organized, his own Drawing exhibition in Pune City and other places, acted on Radio (AIR) on Doordarshan and on stage. Proven track record, Best NSS-LEADER of SYMBIOSIS LAW COLLEGE during college days. Versatile and go getter personality.

well known figure in educational fields. He is Executive President of MIT ADT UNIVERSITY. He is a guiding force who works hands on a day to day basis. He infuses in his staff spirit of achievement and always makes them look at positive qualities of fellow being and getting work done in an amicable manner. He is a true humanitarian!

Mr. Rajan Shringarpure

‎Former Managing Director & Director Operations at Vishay Components, formerly known as Philips India ltd. Well known name in Electronics industry. Active member of CII – Pune chapter

Mr. Anant Krishnarao Kulkarni

M.Sc.( Maths)- “Gold medalist” from Aurangabad University then completed B.Ed., because of flair of TECHNICAL teaching. Master of Technical / Scientific training, - to the teen age students, to cultivate the interest of various technical know how. Twenty years of experience in Indian AIR-FORCE as Technical Trainer for new recruits, for Aircraft repairs and maintenance. For last14 years Efficient Principal of Junior college, hands on experience of about 34 years.

Ms. Triveni Gokul Ghate

Principal of English Midium School in out skirts of Pune, more particularly in rural area. Having about 2500 plus students. Over all 31 years of experience of Training and Discipline and her special attention to make the students self sufficient and more profession oriented. She is National Player of Kabbadi during her school days. Due to her quality of sports she wants to groom the students, - Discipline in Play, education or life.

ASHPAK SHAHAJAN PATHAN

He has created his world from zero. Though he is born and brought from very small village of remote rural part. He could complete the education up to Law Degree by surpassing all the adverse conditions /calamities. He is practicing lawyer for last more than 15 years, in Civil and Criminal laws Eminent Lawyer of Pune Bar Association.

Principal of ITI Nigdi, Pune for last more than 30 years. Hard Core trainer, very popular personality in ITI Centers of Maharashtra. Eminent and professional Teacher recognized by Pimpri Chinchwad,Bhosari and Aacurdi MIDC SSI to large Industries and noteworthy quality, -he is down to earth technical teacher with positive attitude.

SANDEEP VISHWANATH INGOLE

Multi dimensional person and master of multi task management. Though he is BE (Mech) by educational qualification, he has become most popular as - Industrial Technical Training Facultyfor last 18/ 20 years.He is a member of QUALITY CIRCAL. He is running his own small scale Industry successfully.

RAMKRUSHNA S. BORHADE

Qualified Mechanical Engineer, worked for TATA Motors. He was head for TRAINING Division. Spend his expertise on technical training to the students / candidates / employees. In TATA motors he has not only trained workers / supervisors but up to Managers. Further he has given special guidance TRAINING to the employees who had opted voluntary retirement scheme(VRS)- as how to enjoy superannuation life and how to utilize the money without becoming the burden on family / children or on society.

KIRAN AMBIKE

He is Metallurgical Engineer of 1978. One of the well known name in Forging Industry, due to 40 years of hands on experience. He has played very vital role in – Technology and skill up gradation and Operations Management. Has worked as Plant Head and Vice President, plus he has conducted various Training Programs for ‘Forging’ Students. His specialty, apart from “Forging, - on the subjects like Customer Interactions and Technical Feasibility – Reports.

AVINESH N. HALGEKAR

Mr. Halgekar is techno commercial personality. A man of innovative ideas and put it in practical – Production. Naturally his interest is on R&D Worked as Head of the Dept. of Production, quality and then of Marketing Dept in various well known companies. At present also, he is very energetic and running his own business, with his life partner. In reality full proof man of “6M” in Management. Very social and down to earth person, always engaged in some creative / innovative ideas.
