Nishanya Foundation is registered legal entity, devoted to Education, for SKILL development of Indian youth.
Nishanya Foundation provides professional training from the foundation level, to the advance level, to those who have the inclination, for growth in their career.
For MALE / FEMALE – Age group of 18 years to 40 years.
Qualification – Must be Xth standard pass, and pursuing or NOT perusing his or her education in any Graduation or Any Diploma, of any field required in the market for any BUSINESS, which is acceptable in the society by law.
Experience - Should not be necessary an employed as permanent worker / employee. Then he / she can registered them self with NISHANYA FOUNDATION.
Stipend shall be paid as a single consolidated amount, which will be monthly, and such payment will NOT attract any statutory deductions, and / or any other payments applicable to the regular employees / workers, because – NEEM is a Training Contract and it does not guaranty / assurance / constitute any EMPLOYMENT

- 2. Due to OJT experience of QUALITY work, with reputed Industries / Companies, across PAN India.
- 3. Students will get the opportunity to learn SKILL required for the job performance and earn the employment / higher positions.
- 4. Students / Candidates will be more independent economically as they receives a stipend
- 5. Transformation in personality due to SKILL development courses.
- 1. Industry / company gets SKILLED trained candidates as per the required set standards.
- 2. Creating employment opportunities, for quality products.
- 3. Improves efficiency and productivity of the Industry / company and GDP of Nation.
- 4. Company / Industry will have the advantage of Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS) contributing activity towards the Development of spreading SKILL education to the under privileged sector, in turn National Human Capital.
- 5. Company / Industry will have the advantage of getting rid of statutory deductions and compliances for new recruited candidates. .
It really depends on the candidate, his qualification,COMPETENCY, ability, COMITMENT, skill, CREDIBILITY or CREATIVITY - for this along with Technical required training it may of 2 months to 24 months.
Nishanya Foundation will issue the certificate and will arrange for the ON THE JOB TRAINING .
Nishanya Foundation is working PAN India with out any local body approval and in all type of INDUSTRIES and for all type of SKILLS.
All the NEEM students / candidates are / will be covered under Employee Compensation Act 1923 which is mandatory. However Personal Accident Policy, Mediclaim Policy are optional OR as per company’s / Industries Rule.
Working Hours will be as per Company’s / Industries’ policy and can work in all four shifts. ( Three plus Gen. shift ) Similarly, Leaves and Holidays will be also as per policy of the Company / Industry.
- 1. Training will start from the date of joining, after selection of the candidate.
- 2. Nishanya Foundation shall neither give an OFFER / EMPLOYMENT nor a guarantee of employment.
- 1. On need basis of the Industry / Company, - students will be sourced with the help of NISHANYA FOUNDATION net work, and as per the required ELIGIBILITY they will be shortlisted / selected jointly with the Company’s recruiting officer.
- 2. Students will be enrolled for the skills development - Degree / Diploma / Certificate, - other ADVANCE courses by Nishanya Foundation.
- 3. According to the courses – OJT –on the job Training and / OR Theoretical Training will be imparted.
- 4. All the students will be enrolled as TRAINEES in various Industries / Companies through Nishanya Foundation for stipulated period depending on need base, and will vary from 2 months to 2 years.
- 5. Students will get their certificate from Institution / University and / or from Nishanya Foundation on successfully completion the stipulated period of course.
- 6. Students has to attend for the training periods and then appear for examination and fulfill all the needs as per curriculum of the educational Institute / University.
On the Job Training will be given for six days a week at Industry / Company premises and under guidance of the company’s rules / regulation / expertise.
Stipend will not be less than the current / applicable Minimum Wages, as per the structure for that particular categories, - like Un-skilled, semi-skilled, skilled, high skilled workers in respective TRADES /Status. OR as per the company / Industry’s RULE.
Working Hours will be as per Company’s / Industries’ policy and can work in all four shifts. ( Three plus Gen. shift ) Similarly, Leaves and Holidays will be also as per policy of the Company / Industry.
