For Students

Pre-screen and select the students for suitability of programme
Facilitate students’ soft skills, technical skills and new industrial culture.
Help students appreciate the need of discipline and imbibe the same.
Facilitate students to find and access necessities of life during their first time away from home experience, to be self sufficient.
Conduct regular review with students as well as representatives of the industry to ensure the best outcome of the program for students as well as the employer / industry.
For On Job Trainings

Candidates are trained to understand the gap between their education and requirement of industries through On Job Training.
They are imparted training on technical & non-technical skills, soft skills etc.
